Birthday Weekend in Abilene!

I had a wonderful Birthday this year!!  We started my "birthday week" out in Abilene seeing family and friends and then finished the day with more special time with family, friends, and cake!  I love my birthday...hahaha!!  Thank you to everyone for making it so special!! :)

Library Story Time!

This summer, every Wednesday morning at our local library is Story Time!  So, the other week, we tried it out!  The boys loved looking and playing with the computers and books and really enjoyed Story Time!  The sweet Librarian read 4 stories and then the boys got to do a little craft!  We all had so much fun (in the air conditioning...haha) and can't wait to go again! :)

Baby Kyle is 10 Months Old!

Our sweet, Baby Kyle turned 10 Months old at the end of May!  I truly can't believe how fast time is flying!  At 10 months old, Kyle is walking everywhere, went on his 1st vacation (to Nassau, Bahamas), and learned to squat down (like a sumo wrestler)! :) He likes to shake his head, "no," loves to make silly faces, and loves to play "peek-a-boo!"  He is still probably around 23-24 lbs and about 31-32 inches long, but he'll get checked again at his 1-year check-up!  He is still the sweetest and snuggle-iest baby there is...we love you Kyle!! :)

Memorial Day Party!

On Memorial Day, we threw a party with some of our awesome neighbors!!  We had so much fun eating yummy food, visiting with all of our friends, and watching all of the sweet kiddos play!!  Can't wait to do it again!! :)

There was also a "Build-a-Bear"ish place on property, so we let the boys pick out new stuffed animals!  Jackson picked out a black bear that he named, "Blaze" and Kyle picked out a crocodile, that Jackson named, "Darrington!"  Haha...too much fun!!

We even took the boys with us to eat at Nobu...Jackson slept most of the time, but Kyle totally enjoyed Japanese food!  Hahaha...this kid will eat anything...love it!!

We took the boys to Ben & Jerry's...Jackson thought it was "delicious" and Kyle really enjoyed his 1st taste of ice cream...we all enjoyed it too!! :)

And then it was the travel day home...needless to say, it was crazy!

The little boys were absolute angels and perfect in every way...but we were on the same airplane for 12 hours due to weather in Houston!  Let's just say...we were glad to get home!!
