Back Patio & Back Yard Renovation!

So, for the past 3 months or so, we have been renovating our back yard!  We extended the existing, covered patio, added an outdoor kitchen and fireplace, added a "play area" with a retaining wall, and all new landscaping!  It's been a labor of love to say the least, but now that it's finished...we are LOVING it!  We spend most of our days and nights out there and have already had a few get-togethers with friends!  Hope you enjoy the pictures and come visit us soon!

Igi Indoor Playground Play Date!

Yesterday, we met my friends Christine and Rachel at this new, indoor playground, called Igi!  They brought their sweet kiddos, Brayden and Emma, and they boys had the best time!  They climbed on everything, went down a ton of slides, and played in the giant ball pit...needless to say, both Jackson and Kyle took great afternoon naps!  Haha!!  What a fun place...we will certainly be back!

Last Day of MDO!

I can't believe Jackson's, Mother's Day Out program is over...this school year has flown by!  He has learned so much and met such amazing friends at Stonebridge Church!  We are so lucky to have the best teachers and staff around...thank you for loving and taking such good care of our sweet, Jackson!  We can't wait to come back!! :)

Kyle's Baby Dedication & Mother's Day

This past Mother's Day was EXTRA special...we had both, my parents and Kent's parents in town and we Dedicated Baby Kyle at church!  We loved having everyone here to celebrate Kyle and just had the best time!  We enjoyed a yummy lunch on the patio after church and were just so spoiled by everyone!

We are so blessed to have such amazing Mothers in our lives...thank you for leading by example, always giving selflessly, and for loving us unconditionally...thank you Mom/Nana & Mom/Grandmommy, plus Mom Mom, Ome, Mom Mom Mart, Mom Mom Foster, and ALL of the other amazing Mothers in our lives!!  We love you so much! :)

Zoo Day with Mommy!

So, last week, we took advantage of my first Tuesday off (since the school semester just ended) and went to the Houston Zoo!  I was a little nervous doing the trip all by myself, but the boys were super sweet and we had a great time!  I wasn't able to take many pictures, because I was trying to wrangle these two boys the whole time (haha), but still captured some sweet memories...

Baby Kyle is 9 Months Old!

Our sweet, Baby Kyle is 9 months old!!  At 9 months old, Kyle is 31 inches long (100%) and weighs 23 lbs. (93%)!  He is super strong, has great balance, and is starting to put many many steps together!  He says "Dada", loves to splash in the tub, and is curious about everything!  His big, brother Jackson can still make him laugh like no other and he is becoming very playful!  He is still so friendly and smiley to everyone and still the sweetest baby ever!  We love you so much Kyle! :)
