3 Months Old and a Visit to See Santa!!

Jackson just turned 3 months old!! Time is flying by! He is such a sweet boy!

This is what Jackson is into lately: he still loves to eat, sleep, and snuggle! Also, he loves to smile (he really does, it's just hard to capture by camera…haha) and "talk." He has really strong legs and likes to stand up while we hold him. Jackson is very curious about the world around him…he loves to look around, look at lights, fans, and people! He loves to be held (by anyone) and is really starting to enjoy playing in his ocean play-yard, listening to his music and staring at the characters!

He loves to twist around in his bed…when I lay him down for a nap or at night, I'll go to pick him up, hours later, and he's turned at least 90 degrees the other way! :) I guess turning over is in his near future!

We went to see Santa this past Saturday! Jackson was perfect! He let Santa hold him and didn't cry at all! I'm not sure how long that will last, but we'll take it as a win for his first visit! :) Jackson has been a VERY good boy this year…Santa will probably bring him lots of goodies for his 1st Christmas!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Jackson's 1st Thanksgiving was wonderful! We loved seeing family, eating yummy food, and watching tons of football! We have so much to be thankful for this year…amazing family and friends, our health, Kent's new job with Denbury Resources, and of course, our precious blessing, Baby Jackson! The Lord has truly blessed our lives, we are beyond thankful! :)

Can't wait until next year! Looking forward to Christmas! :)

Look who's 2 months old!

Jackson turned 2 months old on November 14th! He now weighs 12 lbs. 7 oz. and is 23 inches long! He is so strong…he can hold is head up all by himself and is making great eye contact! He also has a great grip and very strong legs! He is really starting to smile a lot and loves to "talk!" :) Jackson loves to listen to his music and still loves to look at the lights and the fan! He is starting to sleep a little longer at night…we get about a 4-5 hour stretch before he wakes up to eat again! Here is our little 2 month cutie…

A week with Daddy!

This week, Kent was home from Ohio and helped watch Jackson for me during the day! While I was at work, the boys had a great time eating, sleeping, and playing!! Here are some of the precious pictures...

Foster Shopping Weekend!

The annual, Foster Shopping Weekend was last weekend! I look forward to it every year! A full weekend of shopping for Christmas gifts and amazing memories made with Kent's, wonderful mother and sisters! We always have a blast!

Jackson came with us this year and was such a good boy! He slept most of the time, except for 1 of the dinners (sooo sorry), and did great in the hotel! Next year, more than likely, won't be the same story…so he'll probably stay home with Daddy! :)

Jackson's 1st Halloween

Jackson had a great 1st Halloween! We got to play dress-up with Nana during the day! Then we went trick-or-treating with Grandmommy, Aunt Kelly, Uncle Chad, Cooper, & Hadley! What a fun day! Can't wait for next year! :)
